The Beautiful Suite with Spa Bath was fantastic. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a comfy bed. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The kitchen was modern with a nice coffee machine. Aubrey was super helpful, providing tips and carrying my bags. I felt safe and had a great time.

Everything is good, loved my time here. Its location is particularly good, just next door to Harlem and other touristic attractions and many restaurants and Central Park.

The hotel was deluxe with very very helpful staff and a marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was near to New York, many restaurants and Central Park, and harlem as the rest of NYC. I tried some drinks at wine bar Sugar Monk, located 10 minutes walk away...

The location in Harlem felt safe and was close to the subway. The noise from the water pipes above during the night was quite distracting. The oven in the kitchen was cluttered and not very easy to use, made cooking a bit challenging. While there were some inconveniences, the charm of the place and the cute atmosphere were good.

I enjoyed the majestic mahogany woodwork and the charming stained-glass windows in the living room.

Some amenities need maintenance.

Had a blast with my friends! The place is close to everything, easy to grab drinks and head out for food. We also enjoyed chilling in the common areas and loved the comfortable beds. Perfect for a group adventure! We hit up a local bar and explored some tasty restaurants .

One night, the hot water in the shower was acting up, a bit frustrating. We could have definitely used a better system for addressing maintenance issues. The experience was enjoyable.

Northern Lights Mansion was a cozy and comfortable stay with a clean environment. It's conveniently located just two blocks from the A, C, D, B trains, making travel easy. Our room was nicely appointed, and the complimentary breakfast at Cafe Latte was delightful.

Minor repairs needed. Parking can be tricky.

Just a nice choice for a swift stopover in New York with excellent value for money. The light switch for the bed lights was not next to the bed, a bit inconvenient. Make sure to double check all appliance instructions before using them.
